Shipping & delivery
At B2B Linen, you can order textiles and linen for your business or home. Below you can read how shipping, delivery and collection are arranged. Do you need a specific delivery date? Contact us before ordering at info@b2blinen.nl.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
- Standard shipping: €6.95 excluding VAT.
- Free standard shipping for a merchandise total of €55 or more excluding VAT, after any discount.
At checkout, you will see the available shipping options, any VAT and the total before you pay. Select the free shipping option when it is available for your order.
Delivery to Belgium, Germany and France
- Belgium: €10.95 excluding VAT for an order under €100 excluding VAT, after discounts.
- Germany and France: €12.95 excluding VAT for an order under €100 excluding VAT, after discounts.
- Free standard shipping to Belgium, Germany and France for a merchandise total of €100 or more excluding VAT, after discounts.
These are fixed shipping charges per online order. Splitting an order into several parcels will not result in additional charges afterwards.

You can see at checkout whether delivery to your address is available, along with the available shipping options and costs. Is your country or address not listed? Email us about the options and a quotation before ordering.
Delivery times and availability
The delivery information on the product page or in the confirmed quotation applies to your order. If no specific delivery time is stated, or you need the items before a certain date, please ask us to confirm the expected delivery date in advance.
Some products are supplied from supplier stock. An availability indication therefore does not automatically mean that an item is in our own warehouse. B2B Linen remains your contact for the order and delivery.
If an item is unavailable or a delay occurs, we will inform you and discuss a new delivery date or an appropriate solution. We will only supply a replacement item with your agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Bulk orders
For larger quantities, you can submit a bulk enquiry. The quotation will confirm quantities, prices, any shipping costs and delivery arrangements. An enquiry is not yet an order.
Parcel size and larger orders
For textiles, both weight and the space the items occupy in a box matter. The appropriate shipping method therefore depends on the total packed weight, dimensions and destination. A larger order may require several parcels or another transport solution.
For bulk orders, ask about delivery options in advance. For a quotation, we agree on the shipping method and any transport costs before you accept. For online shop orders, the shipping costs shown at checkout apply; splitting an order into several parcels does not automatically result in additional charges afterwards.
Collection by appointment
Collection is only available by prior appointment and after confirmation that your order is ready. The address is Waaier 28 C, 2451 VV Leimuiden, Netherlands. Please make an appointment first at info@b2blinen.nl or +31 85 401 1187.
Questions or problems with your delivery
Check your delivery address when ordering. If you want to change the address, your order has not arrived, or you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, contact us as soon as possible and quote your order number. Where possible, include photos of damage or an incorrect item so we can help you effectively.
